* I was gonna do 1 board today but 305x1 felt like a ton and my upper chest and shoulder didnt feel right. 2 board was strong though. I used 4 board as supplemental to get used to handling heavy weight again and getting used to unracking it because I have no spotter for a lift off. Thats one of the downsides to having ur own home gym.
