Squat (high bar) (boots) (cs)
DL standing on 3 inch blocks-
460x2+1 (1 minute rest then 3rd rep)
Db swings (2 handed wide stance)
RC situps (3 sec pause)
1 leg standing calf- (holding db off stairs)
*not bad considering I had a fever yesterday and I have horribly sore swollen throat with a **** canker sore on my tongue that has made eating very painful. I have been living off of protein shakes and soup because of it. Even oatmeal hurts to eat.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
