* My groin was ridicoulously sore today. So sore I couldnt power clean the oh press so I did hang cleans. Then after my 200x5 set the pain on my left side hurt so bad I could barely walk. Very annoying. I managed to finish the session but had to cut out my 3rd work set of Oh press because there was no way Id be able to clean the weight and it was not worth the risk.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
