Layne suggests about 1000 calorie drop on the info I've seen (from 500+ maintenance to 500- maintenance), with most of that coming from carbs. My drop came out to 1300 but it is just an idea at this point.
Unfortunately, I don't have xtend and it is not in the budget currently. Won't my insulin sensitivity naturally go up as I lower carbs, I am not fully understanding the reasoning behind the increased cardio for insulin sensitivity?
Can I expect to preserve my hard earned new mass if I only do this diet for a week or so?
