Anyone?
I am hoping to learn if it is a good idea or not. Plus what to expect. I have done low carb days and lost 3 pounds (I am assuming mostly water with maybe 0.5 lbs fat), but how does the body respond to a week of low carb? Will I continue to drop water fast or will it balance out and the fat loss increase (which is obviously the goal)? How much fat can I reasonably expect to drop since I am taking advantage of my raised leptin and T3?
