*good day good intensity and focus. Its been awhile since I did squats and only my 2nd time with boots but I still go deep enough and had good form. The weight will go up if I am patient. Everytime I do goodmornings I hit a PR which is great. First time doing snatch grip dl standing on 3 inch blocks which I really like and will raise the weight substantially next time. Progress is moving up steadily right now and I cant complain. Overall I believe I am the strongest I have ever been. I am getting noticably leaner and denser too. I attribute that mostly to lowering my carbs and upping my healthy fats. This routine is a Max-ot routine plus 1 day a week of events. I am really liking it because I feel fresh and focused on training every single day. I dont feel I have taken any sets to true positive failure since I started this last week though. Now that I have completed each day once I feel the next week of training will be even better and I will be able to push myself even harder now that I have reintroduced all of the exercises.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
