Box Squat (13 1/4 inch) (bands around hips)-
DL against bands
DB swing (1 arm)
Lying leg raises-
*Bands make everything more fun. Got bored so i wanted to try something new for abs so I made this Ironwill twists up. Very simple very effective for the obliques/abs/lower back and grip.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
