5a) Oh tri bar ext-
5b) Hammer curls (tribar)
*had to train 3 1/2 hours later and energy levels were crap. Im not sure if it was because I trained later or because I was so sore from yesterday I need to put my upper days the day before lower days so I have more energy.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
