Smile Apple Cider Vinegar - improves insulin sensitivity

I knew it helped with metabolism and stimulating stomach acid.
But here is an article discussing the benefits of increasing insulin sensitivity.

I am going to add it to my dinner since that meal is my highest in carbohydrates aside from breakfast. I had it last night for the first time, whooo! It's strong, that would wake you up if you took it in the morning. Quite a kick.

I had the apple cider vinegar with my pasta/meatballs last night and didn't feel as sluggish as normal, I am wondering if it is placebo effect or if it was really just working well to help my meal digest and my blood sugar to be stable.
