*My right wrist is still sprained and still bother me today. I sucked it up tho. I had to do my last 2 sets of the axle press out of the rack cuz cleaning the weight hurt too much when it got heavy.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
