Please advise - which workout will give best results???
I am an "apple" shape and have about 15 lbs of fat to loose. Which workout will burn the most fat and get me is shape in the least amount of time (looking for tone and take 3+ inches off my waist)
Workout #1 - 45 minutes of moderate cardio (aerobis, tae bo) followed by 15 minutes of light weight training done 5-6 days/week
Workout #2 - 45 minutes of intense weight training (1-2 body parts a day) followed by 15 minutes of intervals (sprints, jumping rope, etc) done 5-6 days a week
I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE THE ADVICE.
