Ok, time to post some goals for this. I'm currently 185'ish and around 14% BF. I want to cut to 175lbs @ 10% BF.
Total loss of 10 lbs. I figure that to be about 1.6lbs of muscle/lean and 8.4lbs of fat. Do those numbers seem about right?
Also, I'll be doing the whole thing with German Volume Training for the big lifts: Squats, Bench, Deads, Pullups...not sure on my split yet. I will follow the 10 ses of the above with more iso movements on bi's, forearms, calves, etc...
