I'm down. Definitely gonna be in for a cut. I am currently weighing in at 169 lbs and probably 25-30% bf. Right now I am looking to do mostly conditioning style drills ( used to be a boxer.....that was a looooooooooooong time ago ) After I shed some of the extra weight and the snow falls by then, I'l be looking to move indoors to a gym and pack on some mass by spring.
Until then....Ill be cutting. Now where did those calipers get to?
