My first journal!!!
I am very excited to get going with this. I just started a Biggest Loser contest at work (after already losing 20 lbs !!!) and my 15 week plan is to lose 20-25 more lbs and get down to around 160. I currently weigh 185 (started at 205) and am 5'8" and change.
I am starting a strict diet tomorrow and changing my workout plan a bit (hoping to get lots of advice here.) I will be posting tomorrow after Day 1 is over.
