Seated band face pulls-
green x 12
green x 15

*brutal workout today. fast paced. everything was good but db milt cuz my dbs are kinda long and it is very awkward. I am gonna get a tricep bar soon so i can do overhead pressing with it to simulate a log press. my lower back is still very sore yesterday was worse but today still is sore. hopefully it will be better tommorow. rack pulls make my lower back more sore than anything else.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
