Re: Cutting Journal, no holding back now
Saturday i had loads of energy and did a 8k run in the morning. Didn't even seem like a challenge anymore. I also met a personal trainer and set an assesment date with him so i can see my overall level of fitness. Plus get some advice on what i should do next. Anyway Sat went like this.
Bent over rows/pullovers
Barbell curls/reverse curls
Hammer curls/Behind the back wrist curls
Static 30 secs on last set of last supererset.
Pretty good day, had lots of energy for my workouts but seemed drained to study, probally take it easy on sun.
