Nice to see you bro. If you're planning on Army you should definitely concentrate on endurance exercises to get fit with,along with a lot of cardio.
Pushups, pull ups, Dips, and any compound movements, but go for total volume rather than high weights.
I say this, because that's what your tested on while you're in. For instance I can Bench 100lbs more now than I could while I was in, but can probably do less pushups in 2 minutes. Mostly due to the fact that I weight 25'ish pounds more.
That being said, the tape measure the Army uses does suck. Good luck, and God Bless!
