New to Bodybuilding
First off, let me say that I've been reading this forum pretty much all day for a few weeks now and I think it's top notch.
Anyway, I just recently started following the 13 Weeks to Hardcore Fat Burning Workout/Diet because I was supposed to go to Army Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood this summer. But when I went to ship they said that I was too fat. I'm 6'3" and was 255 lbs. When they taped me they said that I had 31% body fat. If any of you are familiar with the Army's taping method, it is only a waiste and neck measurement; which from my understanding isn't very accurate.
Anyway, I just finished week 1 of the diet/workout and have already lost 5 pounds. I'm not sure of my body fat now, because I don't have a method of calculating it.
I'll be posting updates about my progress in the workout and weightloss often.
