Thanks for the comment but I really feel I havent made a whole lot of progress lately. May be this is because I havent tested any of my major lifts in awhile. I am going to try to start testing them every 5-6 weeks though to really gage my progress on the main lifts (squat, bench, dl). I feel my assistance lifts have been imporving well though.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
