Well I'm not going to lie to ya I think one of the primary reasons I try to get a meal in first thing in the morning is because I have a hell of a time trying to get in the 6-8 meals a day AND get enough protein in. But I could see some serious benefits behind the idea of getting in that cardio first thing in the morning.
Let me know what works best for you (I've just started taking up cardio myself so it'd be interesting to note)
