Today was a training breakthrough...i was having a badass workout was finishing up legs with front squat...i worked up to 245 then i got the idea...lets just see how my glute feels with back squat...i worked up to 225 and wasn't pain free but the pain was tolerable...i ended up doing about 5 sets of 3 with 225 and i am so excited to be able to squat again... i can't even tell you how good it feels...its been since April that i squatted, hell maybe even before then. today was awesome, just awesome...
alternating db curls-65's for 8

Front squat-245 for 3
