Thanks man, it should be good, I have never been yet so i will probably need some prayer when I go.


Here is my diet(somewhat)

Breakfast:Glutamine,1.5cups oatmeal, Scoop penut butter, scoop protein,bannana all in a shake and some eggwhites

During workout: Dextrose/Maltodextra/Sodium/Amino mix,
Energy bar

PWO Shake: 2 scoops protein/dextrose mix

When I get home/lunch: Chickenbreast or rotisserie chicken, Some type of complex carb

Snack: Penut butter on slice whole weat bread, energybar or Complex carbs

Dinner: (Chicken,Meat,Fish) whole weat pasta and natural pasta sauce, fibrous carb

Snack: Lowfat cottage cheese, oatmeal, milk shake

Bedtime: Casein/glutamine veggies, fishoil, flax seed cookie
