*great day. Awesome intensity. I have decided to combine Max-ot with Westside. All the assistance exercises are progressive overload and the Main lifts are max effort. The split will stil be 5 days with

Friday- ME bench (chest focused)
Sat- ME DL
Sun- ME OH
Tue- ME Bench (tri focuses)
WED- ME Squat
