i decided to train my entire upperbody because i'm unsure if i'm going to train the rest of the week du to ACSM. as far as today...i'm gaining more and more confidence in my deadlift each week...6 more weeks till 540...
deadlift-410 for 6 sets of 5
incline bb bench-295 for 3/275 for 5
bb standing press-205 for 4/190 for 5
bilateral db curls-50's for 8
seated db tricep extensions-100's for 12
abs
