worked out early today and trained shoulders/chest/triceps...this is the best i've felt in a while...i just feel like i'm right on track for 2009...my glute is still causing me problems but other then that my life seems pretty good right now...here's how today went...
db incline bench-120's for 10
db tricepe extensions-100's for 12
db military with pause-70's for 8
flat db flyes-95's for 8
upright bb rows-135 for 15
overhead ez bar extensions-115 for 9
pec dec flyes-220 for 2 long static holds
