i went into todays workout with the mentality that i wanted to see what i had in me as far as hack squat went...i wanted to push some weight today and that's what i did...
bb curl-155 for 8
unilateral db hammer curl-60's for 8/35's for 15
calves
hack squat-495 for 5/585 for 1
glute ham raises-bw for 8
