*good day today. My arms are fairly short so on floor presses the bar comes about 2-3 inches off my chest. First time ever doing JM presses and they are great. I was gonna do elbows out extensions but they hurt my right wrist. I feel like I am making progress now and hitting PRs. Maybe this westside stuff actually works who knew lol.
