Default School Workout Journal

Hey. Figured I would start a journal to keep up with what I do from week to week.

BENCH-195-10
------220-8
------230-5

SQUAT-295-5(legs felt tight, bad bar position on back etc, so cut it short.)

PowerShrugs-225-12

Dips-14 (PR w/o help)

SLDL-135 (mainly for stretching)

Plus some core exercises I dont know the proper names of that we do as a group. Coach calls them jackknives and suitcases haha [img]/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

the base workout we do is something like this

week1 10-8-6 reps Rep out on last sets
week2 3-3-3 reps " "
week3 5-5-5 reps " "
week4 5-3-1 reps We get our one rep max on these days


We record our maxes on everthing, so every time we lift, we break a max, I.E. for 3-3-3/5-5-5 days we warm up 3, break 3 and then attempt to break 3 again, which more often than not, we do get another break. on 10-8-6 days, we break on all of them. on 5-3-1 days we warm up 5 and 3 then break our one.

If I recall correctly he got the workout for something, called it BFS or something to that extent, cant be positive though, he likes to give speaches on why and how to do stuff everyday.




On Today, (tue)
We did alot of Agility/polymetric thingsm then ran 4 40's and 1 250, light day, but hard after a 10-8-6 workout
