one hell of a workout...the final countdown is on. we tore it up and i'm ready to rock and or roll...NO EXCUSES. i had to squat on the smith machine because of my glute but i just went light and pushed it to the limit.
seated incline db curls-55's for 8
cross body hammer curls-60's for 8
db romanian deadlifts-150's for 25
smith machine squats-185 for 17
