my leg workout started off bad because i've had some trouble with my glute and when i squatted 315 it felt like it was about to tear...so i had to move on...that and quite a few people are talking about me negatively which is fine with me, so i decided to give the haters a video, so halfway through my workout i decided to do some Db Romanian Deadlifts after bb Romanian deadlifts...i was shooting for 40 but the lactate levels got to high...here's how today went...
bb squat-315 for 1
leg extensions-220 for 12
bb romanian deadlifts-405 for 8/425 for 3
db romanian deadlifts-130's for 36
all i have to say is TALK IS CHEAP...i CAN and i WILL beat you. Do not think for one second that i don't hear what you say because i hear every single word.
