deadlifts-315 for 15/405 for 8/495 for 1
db rows-100's for 8
cg pulldowns-170 for 15
alternating db curls-50's for 10
zottman curls-25's for 12
i hope my competition digs deep because i'm digging deeper
let them think big...because i'm busy getting big
let them do 10 reps...because i'm going 15
i'm bringing it all
