another great workout in the books. we had chest/shoulders/triceps. for shoulders i'm really trying to conentrate on taking it nice and slow on those movements. can't go as heavy but the burning is outrageous. here's how tonight went...

db shoulder press-75's for 8
db flat flyes-50's for 20
db lateral raises-25's for 15
cable tricep pressdowns-120 for 10
smith machine skullcrushers-bw for 6
