Hey man, sorry no one has responded to your post. All of those are great nutrients, but if you're looking to pack on muscle the number one supplements there is easily Whey protein. It's the quickest digesting protein there is and there's a reason why it comes in powder form, so it can be consumed in large quantities and often in a short amount of time. After that I'd say a multi-vitamin, because an intense workout session can deplete you of essential nutrients and weaken your immune system. Don't forget some extra Vitamin C as well! Getting sick is a (!@#$%^&*).
