Today is back day! Tomorrow I'm going snowboarding though so I have to take it a little easy in the gym today if I want to have full range of motion on the snow.
Usually I like to get in and do heavy sets of deadlifts as my second exercise. Today I am going to do a lot of back but leave out any deads. Focus today on my lats as well as uppet back. Less focus on lower back.
Meal 1 - 2 3/4 scoops whey/1 1/3 cup raw oats.
Meal 2 - PWO shake
Meal 3 - 2 pieces chicken breast, 2 slices whole wheat bread, ketchup/mayo.
Meal 4 7 Whole eggs, 3 cups spinach blended.
