MONDAY, DECEMBER 31ST

Did a lower volume leg day with lots of power cleans at the end. 135 for 3 felt light so there wasn't much rest between sets.

LOWER BODY

A1. ATG Front Squat (135x2x5)

A2. Lying Leg Curl (110x2x5)

B1. Romanian Deadlift (185x2x5)

B2. Hack Squat (160x2x5)

C1. Dumbbell Lunge (25sx2x8)

C2. Seated Calf Raise (125x2x8)

D. Power Clean (135x6x3)
