ez bar shrugs 90, 180, 180, 180 3x10
dumbell presses 30s 4x12
dumbbell shrugs 70's 4x10

4 sets of crunches superset with rotator work

Notes: Completely forgot about raises. The workout did seem a bit short. My back was still blitzed from two days ago, so I opted not to squat.
