Thought I'd do a Muay Thai conditioning workout. Well, to be honest, this was actually our warm-up during the summer. And instead of taking 2 minute breaks in-between circuits (like I did today), it was actually more like 10-15 seconds during the summer. I was still pretty wiped though, which shows that I really have to get my cardio up to par.
