In my gym I'm one of the only people who ever rack up the weight's.. I find it really annoying, even tho I usually can take the weight that's on anyway. Unless you are in a gym without girls\guys who ain't as strong as yourself, you should really rack back at least most of the weight (I normally take off everything, except for leg press)
A strong positive mental attitude will create more miracles than any wonder drug.
