Legs were KILLER!!! but great [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] haha. Nothing special, just old fashioned moving some weight!
Leg Curl: 45x15x2, 50x12x2
Front Squat (smith machine, not sure how much the bar weighs, so weights are weight ONLY): 160x10, 160x12, 170x12x2
Squat: 295x7, 305x7x2, 310x7
Leg Press: 500x12, 520x12x2
Calf Raise: 140x12x3
great workout tonight...chest tomorrow morning!!!!!!!!!!
