Great workout tonight...i feel like a kid on christmas..im PUMPED!!! i switched the order of my exercises around a bit..for shoulders i usually start off with the lat raises and front raises, i guess as a warm up..today i warmed up doing different kinds of physical therapy exercises..then started with the heavy compund lifts firs...WHY DID I NOT DO THIS BEFORE?????
Arnold Press: 65x12x4 (did a rest pause, no spotter, still got 12 reps each set)
Upright Row: 85x15, 95x12, 105x10
Lat Raise (DB): 30x10x4
Rear Flye (DB): 25x12x2, 30x10x2
ARMS!!! i only needed 2 supersets to finish my arms off..and let me say that they were pumped afterwards!!!!
BB Curl: 80x15, 85x12, 90x10, 95x8
SS W/
Overhead DB Ext: 65x15, 70x12, 75x10, 80x8
Inc. DB Curl: 25x15, 30x12, 35x10, 40x8
SS W/
Tricep PD (weight is machine level): 49x15, 56x12, 63x10, 63x8
EXCELLENT WORKOUT tonight...tomorrow is my off day, monday ill kick it back off with a run in the am, then legs at night!!!
