Did back last night, intense, great workout!!!
(all weights, except DB excercises are what level machine was set at)
Seated Row:87x12x2, 87.5x10x2
Lat PD: 67x15, 67x15, 77x12x2
Bent Over Row (DB): 50x12, 55x12, 60x10x2
One Arm Row (DB): 95x15, 100x12, 105x10
Deadlift: 315x10x2
SS Striaht arm PD: 33x12x3
w/ Low Cable Row: 38x15x3
Today was a run only day...did about 3.5-4 miles in around 28 minutes. Tomorrow is ahoulders and arms!!!!!!!!!!!!
