Kind of a weird question, but when I didn't workout at all I was a large D...after about 2 1/2 years of steady training I can barely fill out a C. My opinion is that if a woman is burning fat or losing weight by restricting calories she will generally lose the weight pretty evenly. So, as the breasts lose mass...so does the legs, stomach, arms...etc. You get the picture.
