Chest this morning was great!!! Felt strong, and got a lot accomplished. Only negative is i did DB bench instead of BB, so i didnt know what weight to start off with.
DB Bench: 70x12, 75x12. 80x10, 85x10
Inc. DB: 60x12, 65x12, 70x12
Inc. Flye: 35x12, 40x12
Flat Flye: 45x12x2
Weighted PU (ss with the flyes): 45x10x3
Weighted Dips: 25x10x3
Back tonight!! cant wait to feel the insane pump!
