A BEASTMASTER for a back workout...my whole back felt like it was gonna explode..and my lats felt like they wanted to fly away!!!
(all weights, except DB excercises are what level machine was set at)
Seated Row:77x12x2, 87x10x2
Lat PD: 57x15, 67x15, 77x12x2
Bent Over Row (DB): 45x12, 50x12, 55x10x2
One Arm Row (DB): 90x15, 95x12, 100x10
Deadlift: 315x10x2
SS Striaht arm PD: 33x12x3
w/ Low Cable Row: 38x15x3
Tomorrow should be my day off, but my company is making us do a 5K 'fun run'...so monday would just be a run day for me...so i will switch out sunday with monday and be all square!!!
