Alright, I didnt know where to post this but thought maybe someone might have the answer to my Q.

My Q concern is about driving or traveling long distances. What is the cause and fix of this tired, "strung out from the road" feeling come from? After driving tractor trailer for months, I have built up a tolerance for long miles, but still get tired same as any driver does. I drink very little caffine and Im healthy. I hope your not gonna tell me its mental fatigue. I once heard of static electricity building up.

It is a totaly different kind of tiredness compared to just doing a work out. The recovery is quick by the way.
