Thought i'd post a new thread about this.
I'm sure HIT and doggcrapp guys are familiar with this the most, but who else here is always tense and nervous before that one heavy working set to failure? Especially on leg day? Especially before deadlifts? Or squats? Seems like you can never get used to it when it comes to lifting, heh.
Anyone have ways of dealing with it?
