*not my day. 5 days in a row of training caught up with me. i didnt realize how sore my traps were till i got to the gym and was weak. i forgot my mp3 player to which didnt help motivation today. and my tris and delts werent ready today.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
