2/28/07 Back/traps

weighted pullups-45x6, 50x6, 55x5,4

db rows (bent over)- 120x8, 125x8, 130x8

v-bar lat pd-140x10, 150x10

seated cable rows-170x10, 180x9

bb shrugs-455x6, 485x6, 505x6

bhb shrugs (cambered bar)- 405x10, 425x10, 445x8

seated chest supported machine row-70x100 reps (65+20+15)

hs shrugs-200x70 reps (25+15+11+10+9)

15mins treadmill intervals

*awesome workout. doing one or two muscle groups a day seems easy since im used to upper/lower splits. i feel like i can make huge jumps in weight next week. i cant beleive i got 65 straight reps on the rows.
