db row- 120x6 (lower back sore decided to ditch it)
standing cable row (tower)-140x12, 170x12, 200x12
delt complex- front raises-35x12
rear lateral (resting chest on pad)-20x12
db cuban rotation-5x15,15
cable curls (tower)-65x12, 80x12, 95x12
15mins treadmill (intervals)
*not bad today however i did feel kinda wiped out today. most likely from all the stuff i did yesterday.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
