*suprisingly my legs werent feeling sore today so i decided to do a little run. i haven't jogged this long in awhile but it felt good. now my quads and calves will prolly be sore tho.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
